Michael's practice concentrates on commercial real estate acquisition and disposition, leasing, lending and securitization of real property interests. Michael enjoys working closely with his clients with respect to the full range of issues related to real estate - from entity formation to disposition, and, of course, problem solving along the way. Michael considers himself fortunate to work with clients who are preeminent in their field - from institutional owners of high rise CBD office buildings to developers of master planned communities and business parks. He has been a seminar speaker on leasing transactions and drafting of real estate documents and has served on numerous professional and charitable boards. Michael was elected by his peers to serve on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association Real Property, Probate & Trust Section. He has been distinguished as a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics Magazine in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 and has been named as one of Seattle's best lawyers by SeattleMet magazine.
Michael is also a developer of urban, infill projects and understands all to well the day to day concerns of real property owners and developers.
